Shipping and Return Policies

Jada Creations ships worldwide using Canada Post with tracking options available

International Shipping (outside of Canada)

International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping costs paid at the time of purchase to Jada Creations.  All packages are shipped with tracking.

Jada Creations is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

 

Processing Time

Although we ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time can take up to 5 business days, and up to 10 business days during busy seasons.

 

Please note that the number of days noted on the Canada Post shipping method at check-out indicates the carrier's estimated transit time in business days and does not guarantee their shipping time estimates and also does not include the day the carrier receives the package and does not include order processing times. 

Also, please expect delays due to weather or high mail volume. 

Address Errors

 

Please double-check your delivery address entry.  Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delays in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable.  Please note that Jada Creations is not liable for lost or damaged mail items. Re-shipping and/or replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or lost mail items are the responsibility of the customer. An invoice of $15 CAD will be emailed to customers to cover these costs and must be paid in full before the item is re-shipped (includes tracking).

Tracked packing protects both the buyer and the seller although standard non-tracked options are available.

Return Requests

Due to sanitary reasons, there are no returns or refunds on all items unless your order has not yet been processed.

If you placed an order but would like to cancel it for any reason, please email me with your order number asap or by simply replying to any of my emails and I will be happy to cancel and refund you at full price. 

If your item has been already shipped and you would like to cancel that order, you would need to ship the item back entirely unopened and at your own cost. The package would need to be shipped with tracking info and the package entirely unopened.

 

*If the original envelope has been opened I will not be able to give you a refund due to sanitary reasons.*

Once I have the unopened package in my hands you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
