Shipping Options & Buyer Responsibility
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including tracked and untracked shipping. Each option is clearly described prior to purchase.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the shipping options available at checkout;

You have selected your preferred shipping method knowingly; and

You have checked the box confirming that you have read and agreed to our policies before completing your purchase. Failure to review or understand shipping options does not transfer responsibility or liability to us.

🚚 Risk of Loss, Delivery, and Liability
Tracked Shipping

For orders shipped with tracking, delivery is deemed complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Carrier tracking records constitute proof of delivery.

Once delivery is confirmed, all risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the buyer, and we are not liable for any stolen, missing, or lost packages after delivery.
Untracked Shipping

If you select untracked shipping, you expressly acknowledge that:

No tracking number or delivery confirmation will be available;

Delivery cannot be verified or confirmed; and
-
We have no ability to investigate, replace, or refund lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Orders shipped without tracking are shipped entirely at the buyer’s risk.

We are not responsible or liable for non-delivery, loss, or theft of untracked shipments.
Untracked shipments are final sale and non-refundable due to the inability to confirm delivery.
📍 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, as confirmed by the carrier (for tracked shipments), or presumed delivered based on the shipping method selected (for untracked shipments).

Theft after delivery is a matter between the buyer and the carrier or local authorities.
🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for:

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer;

Packages returned as undeliverable due to address errors; or
-
Packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us due to address error, reshipment costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Before placing an order, buyers must affirmatively check a box confirming that they:

Understand the difference between tracked and untracked shipping; and

Accept all risks associated with their selected shipping method.
Orders cannot be completed without this acknowledgement.

The version of the policies in effect at the time an order is placed will govern that transaction.
