All Jada Creations jewelry is handcrafted and designed for regular wear, not indestructibility. Like all wearable art, our pieces will naturally show signs of wear over time.

 

Normal Wear & Tear

 

Normal wear and tear is expected and not considered a defect. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Minor surface scratches

• Dulling or fading due to exposure

• Natural aging of finishes

• Iridescent film lifting or peeling over time

 

These changes occur through everyday use and environmental exposure and are not grounds for replacement or refund.

 

Misuse & Mishandling

 

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Water exposure (showering, swimming, humidity)

• Chemicals (perfume, hairspray, lotions, cleaning products)

• Heat or prolonged sun exposure

• Bending, crushing, dropping, or improper storage

• Failure to follow provided care instructions

 

Iridescent Acrylic Disclaimer

 

Iridescent acrylic designs use a decorative surface film. While sealed and finished with care, this layer is inherently more delicate than solid acrylic. Peeling or lifting may occur over time depending on wear habits and environment.

 

Warranty Coverage

 

Jada Creations offers a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering:

 

• Manufacturing defects

• Craftsmanship issues that affect structural integrity

 

This warranty does not cover cosmetic changes resulting from normal wear, misuse, or environmental factors.
