Please note that Canada Post is currently experiencing rotating strikes, which may cause delays in delivery times.

While we continue to offer Canada Post shipping, including Regular (tracked) Parcel and Lettermail, please be aware that:

• Lettermail does not include tracking and cannot be monitored once shipped.

• As a result, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered Lettermail items, as it is entirely out of our hands once it has been dropped off. 

To avoid delays or uncertainty, we recommend selecting FedEx at checkout for a more reliable and fully trackable shipping option during this time.
